懷念以前在金鐘經常吃的"四季"蕎麥冷麵,
下午在sogo買了些東東,
晚上第一次自己煮蕎麥冷麵~

我夏天經常吃冷soba，不過吃法跟你不一樣。通常吃法是只有麵沒有配菜。另外，soba是亁身，堆成小小的一球一球，吃時沾汁入口。

this time i follow the soba packet instructions to cook. next time i will try using soba sauce cup. actually the side dish is for my husband, coz he will be hungry if he only eats soba
